Sandra "Sandy" Lauro
Principal of LWLB, Coach, and Attorney
“As a 30-plus year legal and business professional, I have “lived” the challenge of finding the balance of achieving my goals, staying true to my values, and ensuring I live in a manner which optimizes my health and wellbeing. For decades, I have immersed myself in the study of evidence-based lifestyle practices that help me in this balancing act and surrounded myself with colleagues who have the same passions, including many in the field of medicine and neuroscience who have the same goals.
I have had the pleasure of working with professionals and organizations as an executive coach, life and wellness coach, conflict resolution expert, and organizational trainer. I approach coaching holistically and with empathy and compassion recognizing that a person is more than a job or a position. I have a passion for partnering with clients as a coach to help them find strategies for better relationships, managing conflict, building healthy habits for physical and mental resilience while having a successful career, and evolving as a respected and mindful leader.
My favorite quote from Albert Einstein is:
‘Life is like a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.’
This reflects my view that keeping our “balance” in life requires that we keep moving forward to improve in whatever we do even when (or particularly when) the road gets bumpy.”
